Collins Magnus Resources is a Moncton-based consulting and construction firm built around a simple observation: the businesses and buildings our clients are trying to stand up rarely fail for lack of ambition. They fail in the gap between a plan and its delivery.
We close that gap directly. On the construction side, we manage residential and commercial projects from permitting through finishing. On the advisory side, our business analysis practice — grounded in CBAP, PRINCE2, and ITIL discipline — has been applied to enterprise systems including Oracle HCM, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, as well as provincial government technology programs. Where clients are looking outward, our advisory team supports expansion into African markets.
